THE JOB:

Join the team as a Resort Operations Manager at Aria, where you'll play a critical leadership role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence. In this highly visible position, you'll lead Front Desk operations, inspire high-performing teams, and help create the seamless, personalized service that luxury guests expect.

Working closely with hotel leadership, you'll oversee daily operations, execute strategic initiatives, drive financial performance, and ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who is passionate about luxury service, team development, and creating memorable experiences while making a meaningful impact on resort operations.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Provide leadership and direction for all Front Desk, Lobby Experience, and Guest Services operations
  • Partner closely with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement hotel operational strategies and initiatives
  • Drive operational and financial performance, including achieving labor and business goals
  • Lead the hiring process for Front Office positions, including Front Desk Clerks, Guest Services Specialists, and Hotel Operations Managers
  • Focus on strategies that positively impact the experience of MGM Rewards Gold and above guests
  • Support the supervision, counseling, and performance management of Front Office staff to ensure efficient department operations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Two (2) years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Operations and Management
  • AAA or Forbes knowledge preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
