THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Brand Marketing Manager to manage and execute marketing campaigns and creative requests through completion while driving communication and timelines. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Implements direct marketing and property-specific campaigns through direct mail, email, and other channels.

  • Advise marketers on campaign management functionality and marketing best practices.

  • Ensures marketing business requirements and needs are supported with appropriate tools, data, application functionality, or other resources as required.

  • Gathers business requirements for enhanced system functionality and effectively communicates the requirements to business partners.

  • Supports property marketing initiatives.

  • Manages and monitors the customer lifecycle including defining segmentation and communication strategies to increase customer engagement and interaction.

  • Develops and maintains a strong and productive relationship with corporate, property, information technology and vendor contacts.

  • Lead development and execution of all cross-property marketing campaigns (including transient targeted occupancy campaigns).

  • Responds effectively to internal and external guest inquiries and resolves complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refers the matter to senior leadership.

  • Notifies supervisor, senior management and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.

  • Manages day-to-day operation of the Responsible Gaming Program.

  • Partner with Director to develop campaign and marketing plans.

  • Manage projects while ensuring they are produced on time and on budget; drive effective, efficient and correct flow of communication to ensure the task is achieved.

  • Complete Campaign Request Forms while driving a culture of teamwork, integrity, excellence and inclusion

  • Stay current on key marketing trends, best practices and destination or economic research (LVCVA data, ANA information and relevant industry trends).

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Has 1 Years of prior relevant experience in Campaign Database Marketing, Advertising, Brand Strategy, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Project Management or related field.
