THE JOB:

As a Fire Control Maintenance Dispatcher at Aria you will play a vital role in delivering excellent internal and external guest service by using strong communication and coordination skills to support guests, engineers, and partner departments. As part of a courteous, professional, and collaborative team, this role helps oversee department operations related to the property’s life safety and facility management systems, ensuring a safe, responsive, and well-maintained environment for all.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!


THE STARTING RATE: $21.00 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Manage computerized maintenance management and life safety systems to prioritize, dispatch, and track maintenance requests while completing required administrative tasks
  • Own all service requests and complaints by responding promptly, answering or directing incoming calls, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • Prioritize guest requests and dispatches using sound judgment and multitasking skills
  • Support a positive team environment through professionalism, teamwork, and clear communication with guests and coworkers
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel and departmental operations and work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Maintain awareness of cleanliness, safety, and accident prevention standards


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Six (6) months of prior relevant experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment
  • Experience in any of the following preferred: computerized maintenance management system, building automation system operation, fire alarm system operation, computerized dispatching with heavy radio, telephone volume
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
