- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget for large-scale renovation projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout all project phases
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure work meets quality, safety, and performance standards
- Manage contracts, change orders, and overall cost control
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and key milestones to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Lead project closeout, including punch list resolution and final inspections
